a few ground rules

There is a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking.

If you need to rescheudule, please do so 48+ hours before your appointment. Failure to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice may result in a $75 reschedule fee. No-show appointments will result in forfeit of deposit.

Please be on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule and will incur the $75 reschedule fee.

Clients who have had previous cosmetic tattooing done to the service area MUST submit a photo PRIOR to booking for approval. Please send a clear, well lit, makeup free photo to appointments@slashandlash.com

As not all client are ideal candidates for lip blush, please submit a clear, well lit photo of your lips for approval PRIOR to booking. Photos can be sent to appointments@slashandlash.com.

No persons under 18 are permitted in the studio. This is because Slash and Lash is a licensed Body Art Facility and the law prohibits minors.

Please have your ID, Drivers License or Passport with you as they are required as proof of age for the required Informed Consent paperwork.

Balance is due at the time of service. Major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo and cash are accepted forms of payment. Cash preferred.

Results cannot be guaranteed. Perfect symmetry cannot be guaranteed. Every bit of care will be taken to ensure that you have a beautiful healed result. Unfortunately, the artist is only responsible for 50% of the healed result. Client aftercare is the other 50%.

PLEASE do not come to your appointment if you are not feeling well. Please do not come to your appointment if somebody in your household is sick. Even a “ugh, I think it’s allergies” qualifies. Stay home. Love you, mean it, see you when you’re feeling better.
