LASHLINE ENHANCEMENT
Lashline Enhancement is the most timeless, non-committal approach to enhancing your eyes with cosmetic tattooing. A thin line is tattooed into your actual lashline, NOT on your eyelid. The result is the appearance of a darker, thicker lash line. Because it isn’t on your actual eyelid, theres no concern about how our eyes age, your lash line is your lash line, no matter if you’re 22 or 62.
The basics
No, it doesn’t hurt. Really. Topical numbing is used before and throughout the service. The client most often just feels the vibration of the machine.
Lasts around a year before clients notice that they could use a refresh.
As with all cosmetic tattooing, this service will require 2 appointments: The initial and the touchup
how do i prepare
If worn, lash extensions must be removed prior to Lashline Enhancement.
Growth serums should be discontinued 7 days before and not resumed for 14 days after your appointment.
Please remove your contact lenses prior to the services and bring glasses (if necessary) to wear afterward.
Avoid blood thinning agents if possible. Blood thinners include but are not limited to Advil, Aspirin, fish oil and caffeine. ALWAYS consult your physician before starting or stopping any medications.
Be sure that you are scheduling your appointment during a time that you can allow the area 7-10 days to heal. During the healing period, you must avoid sun exposure, sweating, swimming, sauna and applying cosmetics or skincare to or near the area.

If ANY of the following apply to you, you are not a candidate at this time:
Pregnant or nursing
Epilepsy
Diabetes
Major heart conditions
Chemotherapy in the last 6 months (physician approval required)
Chemical peel, laser treatment, or sunburn in the last 30 days
Psoriasis/eczema/rash/lesions in the treatment area
Sick (cold, flu, virus, disease)
Accutane in the last 12 months
Previous cosmetic tattooing. If you have previous cosmetic tattooing done by another artist, you MUST send a clear, makeup free photo prior to booking. Photos can be emailed to appointments@slashandlash.com
If you show up to your appointment with any go the above contraindications, your service will not be performed and your deposit will be forfeited.
